The Export Process – Step by Step
We have outlined the sales process step by step, making it easy for you to track each stage and see which party is responsible. TradingSolutions will be your main point of contact throughout the transaction.
Veho Bil
Veho Bil negotiates and signs the sales agreement with the buyer (dealer/export customer).
TradingSolutions
TradingSolutions registers and approves the buyer in the system, prepares the contract and issues the sales invoice.
Buyer
The buyer settles the invoice to TradingSolutions.
TradingSolutions
TradingSolutions receives full payment from the buyer and immediately transfers the net proceeds to Veho Bil.
Veho Bil
Veho Bil receives payment from TradingSolutions, completes registration transfer, and removes Swedish license plates from the vehicle.
Buyer
Vehicle is delivered to the buyer or transport is arranged. The CMR/BoL shipping document is sent to TradingSolutions.
TradingSolutions
Upon receipt of the CMR, TradingSolutions deregisters the vehicle in the Swedish Transport Agency (VTI-SE) system and dispatches the final registration documents to the buyer via DHL – process complete.

Do I need to pay VAT on the vehicle?
If the vehicle is VAT-qualified, such as most ex-leasing vehicles, we handle all VAT administration, allowing you to purchase the car net (without VAT), provided export requirements are met. Please note that VAT deduction is only possible on VAT-qualified vehicles.

Do I need to present a CMR document?
Yes, we require the CMR document to facilitate the export service. The CMR serves as proof of delivery outside Sweden and is necessary for VAT-free (net) sales and export processing.
Can I drive the car with Swedish registration plates?
No, this is not permitted. Swedish registration plates are removed before delivery of the vehicle.
What happens if I do not complete the purchase?
If you choose not to finalize your purchase, please refer to Veho Bil’s terms and conditions.
